Southern Great Plains
The world’s largest and most extensive climate research field site, the Southern Great Plains in Oklahoma and Kansas has been a testbed for ARM measurement development for over 20 years. Data from the site provide details about cloud, aerosol, and atmospheric processes that have never before been available for computer models that simulate Earth’s climate.
