The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science, Biological and Environmental Research, Earth and Environmental Systems Sciences Division is recruiting a Physical Scientist.

The individual selected for this role will:

  • Serve as a Program Manager managing a portfolio of experimental and modeling research, which includes climate resilience, ecological, hydrological, atmospheric, and socioeconomic sciences, and with a particular interest in addressing the needs of disadvantaged communities. 
  • Serve as a recognized authority to both DOE and the scientific community and for providing technical advice to the Director of the Earth and Environmental System Sciences Division.
